At my degree show I was left a little present by Shadow Stitch I could not believe how see managed to leave it without ANYONE seeing her! I placed it on my tree with the others before taking it home to keep. The first ever yarn bomb I had seen was by Shadow Stich and it was such a delight to see a little bit of colour in the streets of Edinburgh - I was even more delighted when I seen this hanging outside my studio door. It really did make me smile

So I received my results… a FIRST CLASS HONOURS degree in Design and Digital Arts. I am very happy indeed and so glad all the hard work and determination has paid off. It would not have been possible without the support of my family and friends and of course you! the people who kindly took part in my final project. I cannot thank you all enough. You can be proud to say that you helped me achieve my dreams and goals in life.
Thank you
On the opening night of the degree show I was nominated for an award, unfortunately I never won. However I was awarded the Peoples Choice award which was an award voted for by fellow students on all the courses who I guess loved my project.
Yesterday we had a little visitor at our bird bath, I thought the bird had a worm and that he had dropped it in the water by accident. Later on I was outside and I noticed it was WOOL from one of the original pom-poms I made last year and placed a few hundred yards away. It was as if he was leaving me a little present :)
The project is going to continue, although you do not need to fill in the questionnaire please still upload images to Flickr of Facebook or simply email me. I would love to see them,
many thanks
Natalie
